Just breathe for a bit. Sometimes we need to look away from our screens 

Snack – 5 minutes
Get up, grab a quick snack and munch away! Maybe drink some water (you probably should).

Scroll – 10 minutes
Check your phone guilt-free. Doom scroll on Instagram, Youtube, TikTok or LinkedIn (if you're build diff)

Sleep – 15 minutes
Take a little cat nap :)

Note: I ended up making tiny tweeks to the design but I did not want to change the uploaded screenshots lol. It is 98% accurate tho!

Install instructions

Yeah just download it lol. The window sizing might be slightly off, whoops (it's pretty trivial, don't feel like adjusting that rn). Hope you enjoy!
